A nakiri with a rounded tip, this knife uses premium blue steel and like all of our knives, the blade is built with an unusually thick neck for longevity. The 150mm blade length is large enough to be efficient and small enough to be convenient for quick uses. Model R2 is available exclusively through our online shop.
